Irina Sheik, born Irina Shaykhlislamova and sometimes credited as Irina Shayk, is a Russian born fashion model. She was born on January 6, 1986 in Yemanzhelinsk, Russia. She is recognized for her appearance on countless magazine covers, and in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issues since 2007. Irina is featured on the cover of the 2011 Swimsuit Issue, which hits news stands this week. Sheik was discovered on a train in 2004, then she signed with her first modeling agency, Traffic Models, shortly after.
